The undersigned have been advised by A Better Pet LLC that attendance at a Dog Group Event  (DIP, group class, visit, private training session or clinic) may pose some risk to him/herself/themselves, members of his/her /their family, guests, and dog(s) and expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury to him/herself/themselves, his/her/their dog(s), and/or any minors attending a session incurred as a result of a Dog Group Event conducted by A Better Pet LLC. 

Therefore, in consideration of his/her or their acceptance into this program and their participation in a Dog Group Event conducted by A Better Pet LLC, the undersigned, on behalf of him/her/themselves and any minors attending the dog group event(s) with him/her/them, waive, release, and agree to hold harmless A Better Pet LLC and any and all of their employees, dogs. agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by him/her/them or their dog(s) in connection with a Dog Group Event. 

Moreover, the undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify A Better Pet LLC and/or Rachel Friedman for any and all losses A Better Pet LLC and/or Rachel Friedman may suffer, including, but not limited to, judgements for damages, attorney fees, litigation costs, etc., by reason of any causes or action, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages against them. 

All adult members of your party who will be in attendance at a Dog Group Event must sign this waiver and release below on their own behalf and on behalf of any minors attending the dog group event with them. If an attendee is under 18 years of age and attends on their own, both the guardian and attendee MUST sign the waiver. 

NOTE: Children 2 and under must have an additional adult present during a Dog Group Event whose responsibility is in supervising that child.
