Mallory was initially paired with Newton (dob 1/26/21) at the tender age of 4 weeks. 

She was able to visit him frequently to watch him grow from a very young puppy into a strapping adolescent one when he was placed with her on May 1, 2021; from my home he went into puppy raising homes for continued socialization, development of basic manners and supported supervision.

In this first video (taken July 3, 2021, 2 months into placement), Mallory shares some of the immediate benefits living with this dog had on her overall well-being and many of the symptoms that had been plaguing her for several years.

In this second video, recorded August 22, 2023, with a brief supplement recorded on 12/2/23, Mallory shares how Newton has impacted her mental and overall well-being in the 2 1 /2 years of placement as her psychiatric service dog.
